Product Description
The wReadyCare S11 Continuous Glucose Monitoring System is designed for round-the-clock measurement of glucose levels in the interstitial fluid of patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including children from 3 years of age (under caregiver supervision) and pregnant women.
The sensor is applied to the skin and measures glucose levels every 3 minutes, transmitting data to a smartphone or tablet via the wReadyCare app for 15 days. The system is factory-calibrated; if individual physiological characteristics require it, the calibration function may be used as recommended by a physician.

Indications for Use
- Type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults and children from 3 years of age;
- Prediabetes and carbohydrate metabolism disorders;
- Diabetes in pregnant women: gestational, pregestational, manifest;
- Overweight or obesity.
Contraindications
- Allergic reaction to the product materials;
- Trophic disorders and skin diseases at the sensor insertion site;
- Alcoholism, drug addiction, severe mental disorders (schizophrenia, severe depression, etc.).
Warnings and Precautions
Before Use
Read the user manual. Do not use the sensor if its sterile packaging is damaged — risk of infection.
Wear Duration
The transmitter automatically stops working after 15 days and must be replaced. A sensor not removed in time may be potentially hazardous.
Medical Procedures
Remove the system before MRI, X-ray, CT, and diathermy — the effect of these procedures on system performance has not been studied.
Small Parts
The system contains small parts that are dangerous if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children.
